I just got back from richmond.. I'll say a little about my trip right now and I'll blog about the rest of today, tonight. I ended up forgetting to sign out for over night on my dorm.. so I had to stop back here right after work rather then head strait to richmond. But it was only about and extra 10-15 minutes extra. I was able to make it to richmond around 8:30 still. Marcus ended up stopping by around 9:00 and he helped us unload my car of everything. So Liz, Marcus, and I all just sat around and talked for a little while. Liz made some cookies for us too so we at some of those. Then around 10:00 Marcus and I left the house and we picked up Jakie and went over to cracker barrel and at a quick dinner. After that we just went over to Jackie's house and we hung out there and watched a movie *(Hook) till around 1:30. I kept falling asleep during it though. I remember waking up and having them both standing over me... I think they were watchign me sleep or something. They said I looked so peaceful. I couldn't help but doze off though.. Jakie had some really cool furry pillows that just make you sleepy. After I finally woke up Marcus gave me a ride back to Liz's house and I slept there the rest of the night. I woke up around 11:00 or so this morning and got ready to leave. Liz had to be at work around 8:00 this morning though so I wasn't able to say goodbye to her. I woke up and saw a note that she left for me on the counter. I ended up turning it over and writing her a thankyou note on the back. Just before I was about to leave, a lady from her church stopped by and she had brought some breakfast for me. (It was the Ms. Hicks.. she is the one that gave me the matress for the summer). She told me that Liz said I was going to be there and Ms Hicks decided she would bring me breakfast. That was pretty cool. I'm glad she got there before I left. The drive back home was pretty long, but smooth with no problems. I got back to campus about 2:00. Well.. that was my trip to richmond. I have some people to go meet now as they start to come back on campus from the summer. I'll write more tonight as long as the server continues running.. it is kind of having problems again.
