Today was an event filled day. I woke up at about 7:00 so I could be at breakfast by 8:00. (That was my first meal back at the marriot). Then I was required to go to campus church today since I"m a prayer leader. So I wasn't able to go to mine. I hope they managed ok without me to do powerpoint. But in the end.. they didn't take attendace or say anything important that I absolutely needed to hear. So I probably could have gone to my church anyway and it wouldn't have caused any problems. But anyway once campus church got out, we had to just hang around on the dorm and welcome any new freshmen that came in today, and help them unload and things like that. My new roomate came in today around 3:00. He seems like a pretty cool guy. I think we should get along quite well. Then at around 5:00 I went to dinner with Carmen and then I told her about having to drive to Roanoke to pick up Aaron tonight. So I asked if she wanted to come along. So it turns out that both Carmen and Kat came along with me on my drive to Roanoke. It was nice to have the company. His plane was ontime too so we left the airport around 8:30ish. Then we stopped at the mall really quick so he could pickup some supplies and then we were off on the way back to lynchburg. I had to drop Kat off at Joe and Deborah's though because she had to pickup her car. So Aaron and Carmen and I finsihed the trip to the school without her. Aaron got all setup nicely in his dorm and it seems as if he has already made a couple friends. So that was good. Then after he was all settled I met Kat back at my apartment to unlock it for her because she had to unload some stuff. She will be staying there tonight as well since I"ll be here at the dorms. So, lots of driving today and getting things all organzied and I'm pretty pooped. So I"m going to hit the sack because I have to be at work tomorrow morning still. Adios
