Today was another day I went through fighting off sleep all day. I had my Old Testament class this morning at 8:00. But then the 9:00 class was cancelled because all of the faculty had to get ready for the academic convocation today where they all parade into the Vines center. So instead of going to class during that time I finally had a chance to go find out about my FASFA in the finacial aid office. It turns out that my parents make too much money so I won't get any Pell Grants this year. That really stinks because on the FASFA web page it gave a estimated family contribution and I was all excited that we would get something. But That didn't work out I guess. Looks like we're stuck paying full price on school this year. So anyway since I still had some time left before Convo after I finished in the Finacial office I went and had a quick breakfast. I was able to find Jessica there and I sat with her for breakfast so that was nice. But once 9:50 rolled around it was time to go to Convocation. So I packed up and headed over to chapel. All the profs paraded in to the sound of Pomp and Circumstance. But when they all got in there were some empty seats on the stage level. So I was asked if I wanted to go sit down there and fill in the empty chairs. So I ended up sitting with the Profs for Chapel this morning. I was wearing my Looney toons tie this morning too so I probably stuck out like a sore thumb with everybody else around me wearing all black. But it was kind of fun. I was still fighting off the sleep through the entire program though. Once that was finally over I headed over to Marketing class. We got assigned to our groups today in that class so whever we start working on group projects that will be my team. I actually didn't get sleepy in that class today though. After that class I went strait over to Lunch and then off to work after that. I did have some service calls to take care of today around Lynchburg. Both were Networking Problems. But once I finished with those and came back to the shop I was really fighting off the sleep there. I think I fell asleep standing up a couple times. Once 6:00 rolled around I pretty much left right away but I got really sleepy on the drive home and I kept driving on the shoulder. That was kind of scary... but I made it alive. Once I got back to campus I went to dinner and then came back to my dorm and did some homework until 8:40 because I had a prayer leader meeting I needed to go to at 9:00 tonight. So that meeting went from 9:00 to around 10:30 then we had our own Hall Leadership meeting after that so I was out doing prayer leader things till 11:30 or so. But now Its time for me to hit the sac I need to see if I can get to sleep before 1:00 tonight. So I'll say adios for now!
