Click Here Friday, January 31, 2003 I woke up this morning at there were 3 inches of snow on the ground and it was still coming down. We still had classes though. I was so hungry this morning too and my first class went over a little too so I had to hurry through breakfast. I would have probalby just not gone on a normal occasion but I hadn't eaten since lunch yesterday and I was so hungry. I was able to get somethign quick enough and make it to my next class on time too. So it all worked out. Then I was tired again all day today. I was in my math class just sitting there trying to fight off sleep so hard I couldn't even pay attention. I didn't ever fall asleep, but I also didn't comprehend anything he said either. I should have just went to sleep, at least I could have accomplished something. Then today work was really slow, we only had three customers because of the snow. So we just played games most of the time. He let me off early so I wasn't just standing around. I ended up stopping at Kat's window on the way back and I talked to her for awhile. Then I took her to get some Chick-fil-a. After that I just came back and did some math homework which took about 2 hours. If I haven't said it before... I hate calculus. But anyway then we had hall meeting, and now I'm here writing this little message to you all. So that just about covers it. Hopefully I will get a chance to have breakfast tomorrow between my first and second class. Today was a pretty standard Wednesday. Clay Crosse was here in concert for chapel this morning, that was kind of fun. During classes and work today though, not much really happend. I went to church directly after work tonight thats why I missed dinner. Then after church we had to stay after to practice our skit. We were there until around 9:50 or so. Then Kat and I made a trip to walmart afterwards because I had to get some shoe sole inserts for my shoes, and Kat had to pickup a couple items as well. I tried to make it back in time for the late night meal but we weren't fast enought. I could have made it if I would have gone there directly after walmart, but since I dropped Kat off at her dorm first I was about 10 minutes too late. So now, I'm just sitting here really hungry. I did eat a couple peanuts but those don't really help worth anything. So anyway I think I'm going to head to bed so I can still be tired in the morning... We also have a seating chart in that class now. But I got lucky, Kat sits behind me and Becky sits in front of me. So I'm surrounded by freinds still. Its great! After that class I ate breakfast with Becky and Kat, then I had to head off to my next class. (which I fell asleep in) I also fell asleep in math a little bit today but only for part of it. It was so bad to day I almost dozed off a couple times at work too. I even went to bed directly after I posted my blog last night so that would be 12:01. Thats more sleep then I usually get. I don't know what up. Well anyway I also did some laundry tonight. I had a good size load building up so I decided it was time. As I was folding it and putting it away Kat surprised me at my window. That was great, I love it when she just pops over and I least expect it. But anyway we just talked for awhile at her window. She told me that her Dad called and we talked about some of the things they talked about. By the way, "Hey Russ!" if your reading this =). She also was telling me about some music they have been playing in her kickboxing class and she really liked it. So I found some we could listen to. I really like it to. I finally have my laundry done and homework finished so I can get my "nap" except its not really a nap because I will be going to bed anyway. But yeah.. I was able to stay awake again through my math class, but that might have been because I slept through english. I then went to work, just a regular over all day. I was with Kat from 8:50am until 11:30pm. It can't get much better then that =). We went to church this morning and we were there until around 12:00 then we went out to lunch at a country style restaraunt. After lunch Kat had an interveiw for a job she is doing over the summer. She will be working as a counselor at a summer camp. So I gave her a ride to the camp for the interveiw and I stayed up there and read during that time. Directly after the interveiw we headed to our pastor's house for a superbowl party. They had hot wings and pizza and cookies. It was great and a lot of fun. We had to leave at the end of the third quarter of the game though because we were going to watch a 9:30 movie. We watched "They" it was a strange movie. But it was really good it is one of those scary thillers. I think that covers just about everything we did today. I defenatly had a great day. Kat was excited too because her interveiw went really well. So today was a five star day *****. Ok well thats all for now I need to head to bed. I just sprinted from one side of campus to the other. I had to go park my car at the end of campus and get back in 5 minutes. It usually takes 8-10 to get from there to here. But I was able to do it in 3. I felt so light headed when I got back and stopped. I had to just lay down. Our curfew is 12:30 and I made it back to campus really late. Kat and I went to Richmond today to get stuff from her house. Then we had dinner while we were there. Then we came back the same day. We left her house at 10:00 and should have made it back in two hours, but for some reason it just didn't work out that well. We pulled in at about 12:15 and I had to drop off Kat then go park the car. Thats why I'm really tired right now. I'm still dizzy so I think I'm going to go lay down, and probably just go to sleep. I was able to keep consiousness during the entire math class today. I was still fighting it off but I won today. The rest of the school and work day was pretty normal. Tonight I went on a Date with Kat though. We decided to just go hang out and Barnes and Noble though and do some homework there in the louge. It was still fun though. Then after that we went on a joy ride around lynchburg. We tried to find this flashing light we kept seeing, we thought it might be a light house but it was just a big light they had at the lynchburg airport. We are still going to call it the lighthouse though. I had a great time as always though whenever we are together. Well thats all for now.. I got a bonus at work today so that was really cool, but other then that I just did homework most of the night after a long day of classes. It also snowed last night and there is about 2 inches on the ground.. they still had class though. It was a bitter 11 degrees today too, then probably about 1 or 2 with the wind chill factor. It was pretty bad. Well I wish I coudl say more but it is late. This time you can't blame it on not getting enough sleep either because as you can see I've tried going to bed before 12 or a little after lately. It didn't help at all. The only class I didn't have to fight the urge to sleep in was GNED. But that is probably because I have that class with Kat. Today is National Sanctity of Life day. So we had a service on Pro live in Convocation today. It was kind of interesting and different, but fun still. Then I ate lunch with Kat and then went to Work right after. Things were a little faster at work today. They were just so slow yesterday we just played games most of the day. Not that I have a problem with that though =). Then I went to church after work and then I had to practice for my skit I'm doing. Right now it looks like the date that we will perform on is March 2nd. So We have enough time to get it right I think. For only having two practices, its coming together pretty well. I just suck though, I have to play a part where I get Mad and I don't do Mad very well. So I'm going to need some extra work on that. I don't think I've ever even gotten Mad before so I don't know how that is. I think I'll be able to get it soon enought though. Kat is going to help me. After practice I went to Late night and had a baked potatoe bar. It was pretty decent too unlike some of the food they've been serving at latenight lately. Then after that I came back and did some homework. I had some Calculus and Reading to do. But now I am done finally so I will head to bed. I think it was because of the 3 day weekend we had just after the first days of class. Today was an average day though, nothing much too exciting besides having lunch with Kat (Which was great!). At work we've finally gotten caught up too so things are going to start getting a little slow. But you never know I guess, we could have a huge barage of people stream in tomorrow too. Tonight I didn't do anything too exciting. I just sat around in my room the whole time. So I was at least able to get some stuff done, which I have now finished with for tonight. Yep.. It was pretty good, I had an omelett. After breakfast we all went to church together. Anthony and Nikki joined us too. Church was good today, and afterwards they had a surprise party for the pastor. It was a lot of fun. Then this afternoon I worked on a project in my room for awhile. It will probably be an ongoing project for the next couple weeks. Then we had a movie night tonight at our church so I went back at around 5:00. We all watched the Rookie, it is a good movie Kat was there too so that made it all the more enjoyable. I woke up at 9:00 and went to work. I was there until around 3:30. Then, after work I went to the Mall with Kat, Becky, Beckah, and Anthony and we were there until Dinner, then we went to dinner together. I had a great time as usual whenever I'm with Kat =). Then I came back to the Dorm for about an hour, I used that time to take a quick "accidental" power nap. In other words I fell asleep in my chair. But then a little after I woke up, Kat and Becky and a new friend of mine named Mark, were going to go bowling. But it turns out that didn't work very well. We tried one alley and they had a special thing going on so they didn't have bowling until past 10:00 and we didn't feel like waiting that long. Then we tried another and they had the same problem. They had another special bowl night, so we were out of luck bowling wise. Then we decided we might just go and see "The Ring" but when we went there all the tickets were sold out. So we were out of luck once again. After that we decided just to come back to the dorms because there isn't much else to do in Lynchburg past nine. I wanted to go to Davids Place or something but Becky and Kat just wanted to go back to the dorm rooms. So anyway I was a little sad that the plans didn't work out. But I still had a great time anyway I cherish every moment together even if it is short. But anyway, since we aren't going to do anything else tonight I'm just going to go to bed early. This is why the Blog is posted before 12:00 =) haha. Plus I don't feel too well tonight, I had teryaki for lunch today and I'm not sure why but it does some weird things to my stomach. Ok night! posted by Jeremy Dillinger @ 10:39 PM  0 comments Today was such a great day! I know I've said that before, but I mean it everytime. Today was Kat and my 2 month anniversary. You know that project I was working on last night. Well it was a poster with a little poem on it that wished her a happy 2 month. Then I put a bunch of little pictures of things that we have done together or have talked about on it. Then this morning I went out and taped it to her window facing inward. She loved it! Shortly after she saw it we went out and had a snowball war with a couple friends. That was pretty fun, until they decided they wanted to hop in the cars and drive someplace. I got in the guys car while the girls got in the girls car. Then we split up. I have no idea why they decided to do that but we drove around trying to find them after getting some ammo but we never found each other again. I went looking on foot too but I had to give up and go to work. I wanted to tell Kat I was leaving and say goodbye. But she was nowhere to be found so I just had to go. Today was kind of fun at work. I had to go do another service call to the school today. After I got done there I had to bring $22,000 back with me to the shop. It was kind of cool to hold $22,000 in my hand if you know what I mean. But its also scary.. I was like "I better not get mugged" - God was good and protected that though. After work I was going to go to dinner but then I met Becky outside and she said her and Kat were going to see a movie at 7:00 and Kat wanted me to go. So I had to skip Dinner for timing purposes.. I was really hungry though because I hadn't eaten since the night before when Kat brought a PB&J sandwich to my window. But I skipped anyway because I couldn't turn down an opportunity to hangout with Kat =). I think you understand... But then I didn't have to worry about being hungry because Kat made me another sandwich and gave it to me on the trip down to the theater. It sure hit the spot. We decided to see Sweet Home Alabama tonight. It was a really good movie and I enjoyed it. Then after we went to a small coffee shop just down the street from the theater. I got a French Cappacino. It was pretty good, creamy too. We were there with a couple other guys too and I don't know how we got on the subject but we ended up going around the table and everyone told their testamony. That was a lot of fun and I learned some things about the people we were there with. It was a great time. Then After that we went to Walmart for awhile. Kat and I wandered the store for awhile looking for some things while Becky and the other guys stayed in the magazine section and read stuff. But over all my day was great! I think Kat and I had an awsome 2 month anniversery day. Well thats all for now.. I gotta get to bed cause I need to get to work in the morning. That is New Testament Survey. It sounds like it might be a fun class. Its hard to say because its only been one day though. I'll let you know. The teacher let us out a little early today too so I used that time to get the rest of my books for classes. I ended up spending about $380 on books this symester. I have so many, my book bag is about to explode.. not to mention my back. Ugh! Then I finsihed off my day with Humanities and Calculus. After that I headed to Lunch, I ate today with Laurie, but I think that my roomate Chris and Hannah will also be eating lunch during that time slot so all 4 of us will probalby eat lunch together on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Then I went to work after lunch and stayed until around 6:15 today. As I was leaving work it started to snow but I made it back to campus without any problems. Then headed to Dinner. The snow started to stick and the ground had that thin coat of white on it after leaving the dinning hall tonight. I went back to my room and did some homework for awhile. Then I talked to Kat on the phone for awhile. After that She brought a PB&J sandwich and a clementine Orange to my window because I told her I was a tad hungry. Isn't she the greatest? But she didn't stay long because the snow was coming down pretty hard outside. By this time Liberty is announced closed for classes tomorrow we were all excited =). After she left I finished up my homework, then started on a project. Tomorrow is Kat and my 2 month anniversery so I was working on something for her. I just got it finished so I think I'm going to head to bed. Even though I get to sleep in tomorrow I'm still gonna try to get to bed before 3. Do you think thats a good idea? haha. So anyway, tomorrow is a play in the snow day. I'm going to see if I can still make it to work sometime though. We'll see what happends. I'm going to expecially like GNED 102 because I get that class with Kitty! As for the rest of my classes they are ok. I found out that in my math class we won't be able to use calculators for tests. The rest of the class might be good but I don't know how I will manage with that. I live and die by the calculator. I'm going to try for a week and hope its not too bad. But if it is.. I can't really change classes because I can't let things interfere to much with work and all the other classes are later in the day. This is what my entire schedule looks like. (8:00-8:50) English 102 (9:00-9:50) GNED 102 with Kat!! (10:00-11:10) Chapel/Convocation (11:20-12:10) Eating lunch with my sweet babe at the Rot. So on these days I will get to have one class with Kat and I'll be able eat lunch with her as well. Anyway after classes today I went back to work for the first time in a month. I had lots of stuff to do there. I had to unpack some boxes and I even had to go do a service call today. It was great being back. After work I went to Wednesday night church and I ended up staying there until around 10:00 because I was practicing for a skit I'll be doing with our group sometime in Feburary. Night! posted by Jeremy Dillinger @ 12:31 AM  0 comments Wednesday, January 15, 2003 Hey everbody! I had the greatest day today. I was able to accomplish everything I needed to for classes tomorrow. Plus I was able to do all of it with Kat by my side. I was so happy to see her. I missed her so much. We had a blast being together. Not seeing her for an entire month really put seeing her today into a new perspective. A new better perspective that is. I woke up at 8:30 because I was so excited to see her I couldn't sleep. She wasn't going to wake up until 10:00 though, so I had a couple other things that needed to be done since I was awake. I setup my third webcam. Thats right a third webcam you can now watch our other side of the dorm from www.jerdill.com/webcam.html. But anyway finally at around 10:30 I was able to see my beautiful babe who's name is Kat. The first thing we did was go and buy books for my classes and things. After that we went to lunch together. Then after that there were a couple things we had to pick up at the store so we went to Target for some of the things. Then To bestbuy. I was going to try to get into work today, but there were just too many things to do. When I got most of it finished I decided it wouldn't be much worth it to go into work since we got done around 3:00. But Kat needed a ride to the doctors office today anyway because she had an appointment at 4:00. So I was able to do that. But we ended up having to wait for about an hour before she finally got in. So we just chilled and had a fun time chatting and things. Then after that, we went to dinner. It was so great spending the entire day with her. I had a blast, and it felt so good to see her again. After dinner her best friend Becky got in though so she went off and had fun with her for awhile. They needed some talk time. While they were out I decided to go see a movie with a bunch of my other friends. We saw Tuck everlasting. Kat and Becky ended up going to see that too. I tried not to intrude though since it was becky's turn =). I had my friends slap me if I tried to turn around and look at them. I only had to get hit twice.. haha.. but I got away with 2 others I think. Anyway after the movie I came back to my room to finalize everything for classes tomorrow and make sure everything was in order. Then Kat and I spent a little more time together before we both had to break away from each others presence for the night. Now that I am here though I am so tired since I only got 3.5 hours of sleep and all last night. I need to get to bed. I have an 8:00 class tomorrow to be at. Good night everyone!! posted by Jeremy Dillinger @ 12:46 AM  0 comments Tuesday, January 14, 2003 Hey everyone, I thought I would take a moment and tell you all about my plane flight. It was a pretty strait forward flight. I was a little worried about not being able to catch the connecting flight because of only the half hour to get from gate to gate. But the first plane was 40 minutes early so that wasn't a problem at all. I think we hitched a ride on the gulf stream or something. Anyway once we got there we had to wait on the runway for about 20 minutes before we could get off though because our gate was still in use since we were so early. But I had no trouble finding my next gate and I even had a chance to sit and relax awhile before they started to board. Once I got to Richmond Kat's Mom and Earl were there to meet me. Earl provided the transportation. He is a great guy. But after Earl brought us back to Kat's house, Her mom gave me a snack to eat and we just chatted for awhile. I called my mom and Kat too so they would know the plane landed safely. After we talked for awhile I decided I was going to try the drive back home that night. I was able to do that just fine, and I didn't really even get drowsy. I arrived on campus around 2:30 local time. I then stayed up until 5:00 unpacking and things like that. I woke up this morning at 8:30 too so I am pretty tired at the moment. I'll let you all know what I did today and why I woke up so early on tonights blog. Well tonight was my last night here at home. My next entry will most likely be coming from lynchburg. I had to say my good bye's to Danny today that was kind of hard because I don't know when I will see him next. If he comes to college for a weekend then I will see him in march. But if not. It will most likey be about 2 years or so. That was kind of sad. I forgot to make a blog entry for yesterday too. But I was pretty busy visiting family and things of that nature. Then danny stayed the night too because that was his last chance to do it. But everything went well with the family going away party. Today was the last service at my own chruch too. So much here that I will miss. But I am so excited to get back. I will be going "Home". I'm ready to get back to my work over there too. I feel bad because they have to work extra hard while I"m gone. I need to go give them some relief. Well I think I will go head to bed now. I am going to wake up early to say bye to my mom. She had to go to work in the morning and won't be able to send me off to the airport. So I will go spend some time with her for the last time for awhile. This will also be the last time to sleep on the bed with my dog. I am going to miss that. It took a long time to get used to not having her there.. Now I will have to go through the prossess all over again. Oh well.. Pray that I am able to catch all my planes tomorrow that I need to and that I don't end up getting delayed for anything. I don't have much to talk about today. I did go to work for a while today though, then I had to say my goodbye's to everyone again. I'm not sure when I will see them next either. Tomorrow all my relatives will come over for part of the day so I can say my goodbye's to all them as well. Basicly I've just been packing and getting ready to head out on monday. I'm axious to get back, I love it here, but I just miss Kat and I want to see her. Only 2 more days =) well thats all I have to say for now. Good night

Today I had a great relaxing day. I was able to sleep in and then just lounge around the rest of the day. This is probably my last time to do that while I'm here at home. The rest of my time here is going to be busy. I slept in until 11:00 then woke up and watched some videos that I had to watch before I left. I was able to finish those today. After that I went down to Danny's for about and hour or so. I didn't want to stay down there too long though since Kat was going to call tonight. That worked out and I was able to be home when she did. But other then just lounge around thats pretty much all I did. It was also a pretty nice day outside today too somewhere around 65 or so I'm guessing. But I didn't really go outside all that much though. I don't know if you guys noticed but I forgot to blog again yesterday night. So I'll just tell Y'all what I did yesterday right now. Yesterday I woke up early and went to my old highschool. It was fun going back and seeing all the familar faces. I saw all of my favorite teachers and then hung out with danny there at lunch. It was great to be like the old days... I am so glad I don't have to do it everyday now though. After I was at school for a couple hours I came back home and then chilled here for awhile. Later that night I went to my youth group and hung out with all my old Homie's it was a blast. Yesterday was awsome! Thats all I have to say.

Hey guess what!? I remembered tonight! haha Katie reminded me though. So I can't take all the credit =o) Well today I woke up at 8:30 because I had to be at work again this morning. I worked from 10:00-5:00 today. It was pretty fun, I had to talk to the guy that runs the network now that I'm gone. He told me how the firewall was setup and things. I might be able to connect to that work from School if I have to now too. We set something up for that. Then Mike and I just worked on the Database for awhile after that. It was a pretty productive day I think. Then I came home after that and watched a couple star trek episodes (Oh Yeah!) Other then that I didn't do much else today. I just chilled here at home. Well I guess thats all for tonight. I might have to get up early tomorrow to help my dad with something.. I will find out in the morning. Ok well good night.

I haven't been doing good the past couple days.. I forgot to write another entry again last night. Make sure you e-mail me and call me stupid. Seriously! =) Well anyway yesterday I had a fun day at church. It was a little different though because most of my friends that were in town for christmas weren't there anymore because classes start this week for them. So there were only 4 of us in youth group yesterday morning. We still had a good time though. In the afternoon I had to come back and call Laurie because she had called me the night before. So I talked to her for awhile. Then my parents had plans to go out to eat with a friend of theirs and then were going to come strait to church after that. So they decided to take me to church early so they could go and do that. (since I'm stuck here without a car) Thats ok though... it was my own idea anyway. I took a nap on the couch in the office for about an hour then I woke up and got online at church for awhile. Kat was online too but she decided to call me at the the church so I talked to her for awhile on the phone until people started to arrive there. I had to let her go a little early anyway so I could setup the VCR and things because of the video we were going to watch of the night service. We are planning on doing a series on Marrage and Relationships. It was pretty good so far from what they had last night. I won't be able to see all of the series though because next sunday will be my last one. But thats ok.. its on video so if I ever get the urge to see the rest I can just order them. Then after church I went down to danny's for awhile and I ate dinner at his house. I used his comptuer to get online for awhile too and I ended up talking to Kat at his house for a good two hours or so. It was a great converstion. I miss her so much! Then once we were finished... right around that time danny had to get to bed. I had to laugh at him because he has to go to bed early now. He had school today so he had to wake up early. I had to rub it in some =). I came home after that and decided to go to bed though too because I still have a bad cold and I need some rest. So anyway... I think that makes up for all of what happend yesterday. I'll try not to forget to write and entry tonight.

I realized I forgot to write an entry for yesterday so I'm going to write that now. Yesterday I slept in for awhile then went down to danny's pretty much right after I woke up. I went down there and he was still sleeping so I sat on it for awhile until he decided to wake up. I just kind of hung out down there for awhile until around 1:00. I wanted to be back by then because Colleen and my sister was going to come over around that time. But it turns out neither of them really showed up until around 3:00. After everyone arrived we all just kind of hung out for awhile. Katie and Danny were here too. They all stayed over for dinner tonight too. Then we all watched The Mummy Returns. Laurie ended up calling while we were eating though but I was never able to get a hold of her later. Not sure what she wanted but I'll find out later. Around 9:00 everybody left and I took Colleen home. Then I came back and fell asleep a little early. I'm still not feeling too well. Oh well Thats all for now. Bye everyone.

I haven't been feeling well at all today. I'm not sure what the problem is. I checked my tempurature and It was pretty normal. My legs have been hurting a lot today too. Maybe thats because I've been running through Kat's mind all day or something. She told me she wasn't feeling very well either today. I woke up early today so I could call her before she went to work, but she was out with a friend for awhile. So I just decided to go back to sleep until around 11:00 then called her back I was able to talk for about 20 minutes or so before she had to head off to work. But she ended up being back online later because she came home sick from work. So we talked again after that for awhile. My dad rented some movies today too so we sat and watched some of those tonight. He had "Like Mike" and "Reign of Fire" They were pretty good. Colleen called me today to and I talked to her for awhile. She was one of the people that came on the youth trip I was just on. Other then that I've just been relaxing around the house. I haven't felt well all day so I didn't really want to do much. I did help out andy from my work in lynchburg today through the internet. I had to remote control a server down there and change the configuration. That was kind of teadius though over my awsome 24K connection here at home. Well since I"m not feeling well I think I might just head to bed a little early tonight. Plus I have some other things on my mind at the moment anyway. Kat told me something that was a little shocking and I've been thinking about that for quite awhile now. That girl I'll tell ya, she is always full of surprises. I don't know what I'm going to do with her. Ok well Good night!

Today I slept in until around 12:00 I was so tired from last night. It felt so good. After I woke up my dad and I filled out the FAFSA form for school. That took quite awhile. Almost 2 hours. They ask so many useless questions in that form. Oh well, I do what it takes for free money. (wouldn't you?) After we finished that I waited for my mom to get off work because I was going to take her car to drive to orting (about 50 minute drive). I had to go see some friends down there that I hadn't seen since I left for college. I went to go see Jennifer and her family as well as John's family. It was great to see old friends. I ended up staying out until around 1:00 visiting with them. I missed a call from Kat though while I was gone. I really wanted to talk to her today since I haven't been able to since sunday. But Today was the only good day I could see friends, so I had to utilize it. I will try to call her in the morning before she goes to work though. I miss her so much. Ok now I can finally sleep. I'm about to fall out of my chair. Good night.
