Well, I have one test down, four more to go. I woke up a little earlier this morning in order to glance over my notes for a bit before my 8am Theology test. I did fairly good on it too. The teacher gets it all graded the same day and posts them. I ended up getting a B on it. The rest of my classes were fairly normal today we kind of went over notes for a bit just to get ready for Wednesday's tests. I know a lot of people who had thier classes cancelled today so they could attend superconference but I was not so lucky. I think its good we still had class though in order to reveiw for the exams. Convocation this morning was pretty good. We had the World help childrens choir come sing for us today. They were so cute to watch. They represented 7 nations and I think it was like two kids per nation. Then the speaker today had a main focus on small groups and community of fellowship. He talked about how rather then utilizing small groups only from your church we shoudl expand groups to just the people in our community. So in other words.. rather then being just a bunch of salt bottled up in a salt shaker together... we need to go out and actually be useful in salting the community around us. I think Pastor John would have really enjoyed it this morning. I'm not sure if he actually went though. But It was pretty good. So after classes and stuff I went to work for the rest of the day. We are actually doing really well on getting caught up over there now. There was a customer that walked in like 3 minutes before we closed tonight though and I ended up being the lucky one that got to help him. He just kept asking questions and he ended up being there like 15 minutes after we closed. It was a little annoying. I was able to help him though and get everything taken care of. Once I got back to campus since I was so late the traffic was horrible. People were all getting there for the superconferene and there were no parking spots and it took like 10-15 minutes to actually get to where I wanted to and find a parking spot. But I finally made it and just in time for dinner before they closed. So I squezzed in a few minutes to eat dinner with Hannah and some of her friends tonight (I just found them so I sat with them) Once I finished eating I hurried back to my room to take care of a few things while I waited for a call from Jo who would be getting on campus to attend the meetings tonight. I ended up meeting Jo, Britt, Allie, and a family friend of thiers outside and we all went together to see Dr. Ergun Caner speak. Dr. Falwel was still speaking by the time we got to our seats but his was pretty good tonight (for the last bit of it that I heard). Oh and also I forgot to mention that we foudn steve there just getting there trying to find a place to sit so we invited him to come along with us. The speaker was really really good tonight and he was pretty funny too in the way he makes his points. He is like that almost everytime he speaks. The topic tonight was about how Christians need to start standing up for what we believe. He pointed out how people everywhere seem to protest for all kind of things that are against the bible or worldly issues. But you never see a christian out protesting and sharing the importance of the blood of christ. He had a lot of good information and points that he made. I really enjoyed it. Once the service was over Allie, Britt, and Steve and I headed over to Barnes and Noble to meet up with a friend of Brittany's. It closed at 10:00 though so we weren't able to spend very much time there. After they closed we had the bright idea to just go over to another coffee shop here in lynchburg, but once we got there it turned out it was closed as well. Since everything in lynchburg seems to just down an 10 there was really nowhere else left to go. We decided to just go back to the Donneberg's house and chill for a bit. Steve and I left thier house shortly after 11. After getting back to my room I found out that my economics test was moved to Thursday instead of tomorrow. That was pretty nice that will give me a few days to study some more. Economics is the only class I haven't managed to stay awake in through its entirety. I've probalby only been awake in that class 20% of the time. I really hope that all the reading I had to do and notes online and stuff will be all I need. There is massive amounts of slides and notes though that he has for us there so I can't imagine there being much more. Anyway, I only had to study for my Aviation class throughly tonight and then be done for the most part. I have a huge party going on in my room right now though. We have 7 other guys here at the moment. I'm going to try and attempt to go to sleep through it all. Night!
