I was finally able to take a day and sleep in. It was really nice. I stayed in bed till like 11. Then I just chilled for a few hours after waking up. I got in a conversation with the Thompsons neighbor too and that was cool. I ended up inviting him to come to our church. He then offered me to come over for dinner this evening. I ended up not going though because I was at the Donnebergs for dinner today. But he was going to have a barbeque and he just said if I wanted to come I could just show up. Anyway after finishing up that conversation I headed to the D-bergs and I ended up helping them clean out the cars and staying for dinner over there. I was just glad to have a day off work. It would have been better if I could have had Allie around to spend the day with too.. but I'll still just take the day off work and be happy. After leaving the Donnebergs I stopped in at my apartment to pick up some more clothes and check my mail. I ended up seeing my neighbor again and he was courious where I had been lately. So I sat and talked to him for awhile. A circut had blown in his apartment too and he was telling me about that. He had called in someone to take a look at it but no body ever came so He was trying to watch tv and everything from one outlet.. but his AC unit wouldn't go over there. So he had to sit in the heat all day. I was able to help him reset his fuses and stuff and he was really greatful for that. Anway after getting all the things I wanted from my place I headed back to take care of the dogs, make my lunch for the morning, and check my e-mail and stuff. But now I'm going to head on to bed. Night!

Today was a nice relaxing sunday. I really started to miss Allie though because I was over at the D-bergs today just hanging out and I was sitting on the couch in my typical spot and Allie wasn't next to me like she normally is. It was quite sad.. but she is down doing more important things in equador. I hope all is well for her as I haven't heard a thing from them. This afternoon we had turkey and watched two movies. One was called Core and it turned out to be a decent movie, then later we watched another called Wing Commander... which turned out to be just alright. This morning we had church and we were missing a lot of people because of memorial day weekend. The band didn't have a keyboard player so that threw a lot of the team off. It was kind of sad. But over all, the day was still good and I enjoyed myself. I am back at the Thompsons now and I just finished getting the dogs taken care of for the night. NOw I'm going to get myself ready for bed. Night!

Tonight I'm over at someone else's house dog/cat sitting until they get back from vacation. They have two huge but pretty freindly dogs so its pretty cool. I also had Han over tonight and we watched a movie. The movie was a lot longer then we had expected though, but it was a good movie still. It was called "To end all Wars" But anyway, it got late so I really should head to bed. Han just left about 15 minutes ago or so. I'll write more later!

I got really tried tonight. I'm fighting to stay awake for some reason. I worked all day, then went over to someones house from chuch for dinner. On the way back I stopped in on the Donnebergs to say hi for a few minutes. I'm too tired to say much more though, I gotta head to bed. Night!

Today I got my first paycheck from being full time. It was pretty decently big. I was happy about that =). To make things better though, tonight I had a chance to witness to my neighbor quite a bit. I was able to have him understand a few things he didn't fully get before. One being the God in three persons he was completely confused by that one. We talked about the end times and we dissussed what would happen to him possibly if that came today. It all proved to be a God thing. It was amazing how it all worked out. I was pretty excited about that. Anyway, I guess that pretty much covers it for the day. I just worked on little things I needed to get done this evening and I did pretty well at getting them done one right after another. I'm ready to get to sleep now though. Night!

Turned out to be another typical day for the most part. I did meet with someone before work this morning though for a possible job on a webpage. Then after work I met with my pastor and we talked and hung out for about three hours tonight. That was pretty cool. Anyway.. I really should get to bed now. Night!

Today I woke up and headed to work. It turned out to be another normal day without much to report on at work. After work though I headed over to a friends house for dinner and then I stayed and watched the season finale of 24. While I was there I took care of some computer problems for them as well. It was pretty fun to hang out with them. Anyway, I probably should get heading to bed. Good night!

Today I had to run the shop at work all by myself. Before going there this morning though I stopped at a thrift store and shopped for some furnature. I ended up finding two perfect things. One was a counter extension table. It was really close to the height I needed it and it was the same depth. So it fits perfectly next to my counter to extend the space for my microwave and toaster etc. I also found a nice computer desk as well. Both peices were $15 and it was cool that they both worked so well for so cheap. Anyway, I was only able to fit one at a time in my van, so I had to get the desk first and leave the other peice at the store until after work. Things at work today were fairly normal. It was a nice day to be there by myself because it wasn't way too busy or anything. So that was cool. It was sad that I did have to work today though, because I missed a wedding of a friend of mine. I ended up getting there just in time after work for the reception though. I ended up helping out with cleaning up and DJing for awhile while they did some dancing. It was pretty fun. Anyway, I had to leave in kind of a hurry though so I could meet up with ALlie and we could have a few hours together before she left on her trip to equador tomorrow morning. We ended up walking a trail along the river down town for about an hour, then we went out to get some iced coffee and we prayed together and read some scripture to prepare her for the trip. We ended up reading Psalm 37. It turned out to be a good passage for some encouragement for her upcoming trip. After that I had to take her home though so she could spend the rest of the evening with her family. I then just came back to my apartment and continued my quest to organize everything. I am really close to being done now. things are coming along well. ANyway I should head to bed now. Night!

I haven't been doing very good at this lately. I'm been skipping days all over the place. Yesterday actually was a pretty normal day again though. I had to work from 10 to 6. In the evening I went over to the Donnebergs house for a steak dinner. That was really good and it was fun to hang out for a while. I ended up leaving about 10:30 though so I could get back home and finish with all my unpacking. I still haven't gotten very far but my room is almost done. So that cool. Anyway.. Thats about it. So you haven't really missed much.

I'm starting to get back to my regular routine now. Just got my computers setup how I want them (I think) and the rest of my room is coming along pretty well too. I still have a lot to organize in the kitchen soon, but first I need to finish my room. Today was just work till 6. Then after work I met with a lady so I could help her with her computer, but after that I've been here organizing the whole time. That pretty much covers it. I didn't get to see Allie at all today and that is pretty sad. Anyway, I gotta go to bed. Night!

Today was the last full day I get with my parents. They have to leave tomorrow, its pretty sad. I've had a good time having them around. It has been nice. Today really was the first chance we had to just relax and enjoy visiting though. We've been on the run most of the time they have been here. It turned out to be a good day though. Allie even stopped by for dinner this evening and she hung out with us too. It was nice having her here for awhile too. She left about 8 though because she was so tired from having to wake up early this morning. After she left, my parents and I just watched some shows on tv as we talked with each other. It turned out to be a nice last evening with them here before they left. Anyway.. I should head to bed now. Night!

My Internet has been down for most of the weekend. It has been extremly annoying. A lot has happend over the past few days and I haven't been able to blog about it. First of all, I graduated on saturday. That was pretty cool. In a way I'm glad its finally over, but also sad to see it go as well. After the graduation Allie and my Mom threw me a graduation party at my church. They did a really good job decorating and the party was fun too. We just had a time of sitting and hanging out for awhile. People ended up bringing me lots of gifts as well. It turned out to be a good day. After the party my parents and I just came back to my house and tried to get some more work done on my apartment. Things are coming along nicely. I'm still not unpacked yet though, as I have to wait for my parents to leave to finish all that. Today (being sunday) we all woke up and went to my church this morning. It was mothers day too so it was nice to have my mom here for that. The service and everything went pretty well too. After church the Donnebergs and us headed to a restaruant in downtown lynchburg called the Depot Grill. It was a kids treat for the moms for mothers day. We all had a good time there. After lunch I wanted to take my parent out flying so we headed over to the airport. I wasn't able to fully check the weather like I wanted to before we left, and when I got there I found out that there was an approaching thunderstorm. So we ended up not being able to fly then. We ended up going back home and waiting it out for awhile. We headed back around 5:30 though and we were able to get a flight in really quick. But after getting up in the air I saw the clouds were pretty patchy and I wouldn't be able to get to far away safely. So we just landed and waited another hour or so. Finally at about 6:30 it was clear enough to get my mom up for about 25 minutes. I flew by lynchburg so she could see that and ended up landing at the lynchburg airport as well. We ended up just heading back after that though so I could try to get my dad up for a little bit. Turns out that when my dad was in the plane and we got up in the air the clouds were rolling in again so we didn't leave the traffic pattern and I just turned around and came back to land. It was kinda sad I wasn't able to show him much while I was up there, but at least he got to take off and land. He at least enjoyed that. For now that basicly sums up in a short bit all that has happend so far. I wish I could go into some more detail, but I really should get to bed. I hope my internet comes back up soon too. I really need to have that back online.

Today I completely moved out of my dorm. It was sure nice to have some extra help doing it this year. I still have a lot on organizing to do now though at my apartment. I was able to get a computer desk today though, that was a good thing to get so I can fully setup my computers. Righ tnow I just put up a backup computer that I don't normally use that often. We didn't have enough time today to actualy build the desk. But we should be able to do that tomorrow. My dad and I went around all over the place and did some shopping. We ended up spending a lot of money to get everything we needed. While dad and I were doing that, Allie and Mom went around town doing thier own thing together. Over all today was another very productive day. everything is going to bed really tired tonight.. including me! Night!

Man, today was a long day for my parents as they few all night and just got here today! It was exciting to see them. I ended up being at work today after pickign them up though so they could sleep. After work I picked them up again and headed to church. The church service tonight was pretty good too.. I enjoyed it. My parents wanted to send hugs back to everybody at home in tonights blog. After church we did some quick shopping for some necessity type stuff. But I know I am tired now. I'm going to get headed to bed.

Today I finished School and moved into my apartment. It was an extremly long day with all of it though. Allie did a good job decorating my bathroom too... we just had to go shopping forever to find stuff. My parents come in tomorrow and they will be able to see everything. That will be exciitng. I was able to sign the lease for my apartment today. That was a big relef to get done. I had to have them rush and do everything though, so they weren't able to fully clean it like I would have liked. But, I also wouldn't have been able to move in this week if I would have waited for that. I guess I'll have to do the cleaning myself. I also had to work today so that part of the day was fairly normal. After work I had my class final exam. I don't know how I did on it though, I barely had a chance to study for it. I kind of didn't feel that good about it. I did well through the rest of the class though, so the questions I missed probalby won't matter all that much. After my class I went to a pizza party that Allie's dorm put on and that was good. It was the first real meal I've had since saturday. I was pretty hungry. After that Allie and I stopped in at her place and we dropped off a good amout of her stuff since she is moving off campus for the summer too. I wasn't able to stay there too long though as I had to finish a take home part of my exam tonight. Its a good thing I didn't too though because It took me until about 30 minutes ago to get everything done for it and sent out. I felt like I did better on this take home part. Anyway, I guess we'll just have to see what happens. Tomorrow I have one more exam and also Allie and I are going to try to clean the apartment some. Both of us still have a lot more stuff going on this week.. but for now we have to take it one day at a time. Right now the next thing for me is to sleep. Night!

Well this weekend was pretty good. On saturday Allie and I went to Roanoke for a few hours to participate in the strawberry festival there. We ended up eating a lot of chocolate covered strawberries and then went out to dinner at a place called "awful arthurs" Sam and Erin came along with us too, and it was fun to have them around. We had to leave really quick after dinner though because we needed to get to North Carolina for a birthday later that day. The timing ended up all working out well. That night we went to have dinner at one of those japanese places where they cook the food right in front of you. That was fun, it was my first time being at a place like that. After dinner we just came back to the house and watched a movie until bed time. Sunday morning was a leasurly time. We ended up leaving NC around 12:00 so we could return to Lynchburg for another birthday party. We were part of a scavenger hunt for Erin's surprise birthday. I was a chase car and I had to drive around so they could chase me to the final destination being the restaraunt they were eating at. I wasn't able to stay for the meal though because I had a meeting at church. So I sat for a bit at the restarunt until I had to leave, but then I headed over for the meeting. The meeting was pretty good too and I'm glad I went. We have it for the next few sundays. After the meeting I met up with Sam and Erin and Allie again all at Sam's house where they were in the middle of watching a movie. After I got there they ended up having cake and icecream. It was all a fun time and I'm sure Erin enjoyed all that happend. For now I am goign to head to bed. I am hoping I can sign the lease for my apartment tomorrow. I also have a final exam around 4:00pm tomorrow too, so keep that in prayer if you could. For now I'm going to catch a few Z's. Night!

This morning I woke up and went to pay my security deposit on the apartment. The application hasn't fully been processed yet, but they said they should have it finalized by monday. I was really hoping I could get started with it some over the weekend... oh well, not gonna happen. The rest of the day I was at work. I had two service calls I had to do today too. Then ended up working out pretty well. We didn't have any glitches. The rest of the evening I sat in my room and attempted to study for my finals next week. I got a little done. Mostly it was just and average day. I'm going to turn in early tonight I think. Night!

I passed my flight test today! It was a long day though. I was at the airport at 11:00 and I ended up being there until about 8:00 tonight. The oral part of the test went really well and that was cool. The actual flight part of the test was good for the most part, but there was one part that scared me cause I thought I blew it pretty bad. It was mostly because I miss understood what he wanted me to do, but it is a really long story I can't sit and type out tonight. I think he just let it slide though because of a misunderstanding. Either way, I am now a pilot! I'm glad to have that obstacle over with, now I still have a lot more stuff ot do the next week though. Continue to pray for the apartment to work out. Thanks for the prayers today for my test too. I know I couldn't have done it without Gods help. Ok.. anyway I really need ot get to sleep now. I'm really tired from the day's work. Night!

Today was an exremely busy day for me. right after class I had to hurry over to the airport for some touch up work before my test thursday. I got there around 9:30 and ended up being there until 2:00pm. It was a long time, but I think it iwll all pay off in the end. After leaving the airport I had to run to do a quick servcie call for work. That ended up taking about 40 minutes or so, but luckily it was a quick simple one. Finally after that I was able to do some more apartment hunting. I got a key for one to look at and I think it will end up being the one I go with. I was able to show it to Allie too and she thinks it will work well for me. I hope I am able to get everything worked out in time to secure it. After that Allie and I did some shopping for a birthday party this weekend. Then we headed back to campus for dinner. That was the first time I was able to eat today, so I was pretty hungry. Once we ate, I returned to my room to get some of my aviation stuff done. I was able to get a good amount of it done tonight. right now I need to get some sleep though. Night!

Todxay was cool.. had to go to work then class then PL meeting. I wanted to look at apartments before work, but turns out they weren't ready to show them yet, so I have to look tomorrow. also we had my class tonight at applebees. that was fun, but slighly unuaual. We had a good time though. After that I had a prayer leader meeting and we took a littl etest thing and now we are done with meetings. For me I'm done with those forever. Anyway, just wanted to update real quick. Going to bed now.

Today was really a good day. Church went well and the message was great too. I had a good relaxing afternoon and I was able to spend some good time with Allie today too. At around 6:00 Allie and I headed back to church for a meeting they were doing tonight. They had a dinner and talked about the refocus of our church. Looks like a lot of great things will be happening. I had another possible house option come up at my church tonight too so keep me in prayer with that desision and getting a good place. The evening went well and we had a pretty good time too. I think I'm going to head to bed though, I'm going to wake up early and look at places to stay before work in the morning. Night! PS. I am signed up for my flight test Thurday at 3:00pm... should be about 2hr oral testing and 2 hour flight testing.
